Yi case lo passport expired kadhu kadha bhayya.

 

Edhi cheyali anna. valid PP undali. 

I can drive to mexico and come back but no valid Passport.

 

Tanu cheppindi correck you can do that.. ma friend ki passport expire ayindi his i-94 was until his passport expiration date.. aithey before PP expiration he renewed the PP.. kani i94 date old PP date ki untundi ( Unless you had your h1b extension which will have i-94 and that will supersed PP i-94).. ilanti cases lo mana COB office ki velli cheyinchkovali i-94 until h1b date . Now my friends lawyer saw this after 4 months.. now they have applied for h1b extension by applying   nuncprotrunc.. This is very common case .. Ask attorney he should be able to guide to properly.. This is not one of a case.. chala common ga jargutundi..

Ni pass port jan 1 2016 ki expire aithey you are eligible to apply from jan 2 2015.. I renewed my pp 8 months before.. gc dates current aithey bokka ani kakruthi toh cheyincha.. i got my h1b extension so my i94 got superseded by extention..

So did he stay here illegally for 4 months and no one caught him.

vadu passport renewal cheseskunnadu.. yeah he was working for 4 months too... extension appudu papers file chestey lawyers identify chesaru..

he is a FTE though..

DOnt know about US, but Indian Embassy in UK site lo, you can apply for new passport 1 year after or before of your expiry date 
1 year cross ayithe, you have to go for interview,

Nenu  UK la naa passport expire ayyaka 2  months ki pmpincha, got my new passport with out any issues

em immigration rules vere? everyone has same immigration rules... Nuvvu Attorney toh matladu that should help you.. if you look at forums its unnecessary fear mongering.. you will try to compare each and every case..

nunproctunc request antene time machine lo venaku velli i94 date correct seyyadam..so ippudu PP renew chesukunnaka, i94 correct cheyyadaaniki attorney adi apply cheyyali....

 

gidantha time waste anukunte, renewed PP and old PP pattukoni poyi atnundi ate tijuana or matamoros ki naduchukoni poyi malli vacheyi.
