ma employer last pay check echindi Aug 15th(July pay).

 

August month ki pay check run avaleadhu, future lo emina problems untaya????

DOL ki complaint sesthaaa ani  cheppu if he doesnt pay you what you should get....

 

may be GC process lo bad luck aithe aaa month em chesaav ani adagavochuu coz paycheck run kaaledhu ga...legally nuvvu work cheyyodhuu if no pay check...if no work u technically out of staus...

 

so try asking your employer to run the paycheck and pay you the salary
