Day 1: Bengal Tiger Takes Bumper Openings

Despite Ravi Teja delivering a big flop (Kick 2) before the release of Bengal Tiger, he has been successful in attracting audiences for this movie.

On day 1, the film took fantastic openings. In some areas, it took record openings of his career so far and in other areas on par with what Kick 2 had collected on the opening day.

Bengal Tiger on the first day is estimated to collect a share of approximately Rs 6 plus Crores worldwide. In Andhra Pradesh and Telangana the early collections are as follows…

Day 1 - Nizam: 2.20 Cr; Ceded - 0.90 Cr, Andhra 2.45 cr.

The Nizam figures are said to be record openings in Ravi Teja's career.

Directed by Sampath Nandi, the movie has Ravi Teja playing the role of Akash and has two glamorous bombshells Tamannah and Rashi Khanna. The comedy by Prudhvi and glamour show by the heroines is getting good response from the mass audiences. Even on day 2, it is drawing houseful crowds.
