The Singapore companies have put forth several conditions to the AP government for becoming master developer in capital construction. They proposed to the government for sanctioning power of attorney on 4,000 acres in core capital for raising funds by mortgaging the lands for capital construction. The Singapore companies stated that all the construction works will be taken up by their own firms and mentioned of owning rights of developing and selling of lands in 4,000 acres. They said that lands should not be allocated to private companies within the radius of 25 km in capital city.
