i work for a company full-time from last 4 years.....as a part of company benefits i had ported my mobile to company's account....recently i had upgraded my phone and i got iPhone 6s and gave it to my brother to use  in India

 

Few days back i got an email from cellular department stating that i didn't activate my mobile i called them i said i did activate my account and i forgot in india ....the guy from cellular department said he don't believe my story and escalated it to HR.....

 

Today HR came to meet we had a meeting and he had asked me what exactly happened and made a note of all my points....

 

what are my next steps will they fire me has anyone had similar issue..........

 

Any consultancies willing to transfer my H1 

 

 

better ask same phone to send in fedex with fastest way.

 

and show them, you got back. then they might excuse for one time.

atleast tell truth here. you got it day before so that you can give it to brother. why someone will buy phone day before traveeling as you know you will not use for few weeks? no covering. these people should get fired asap
