HR POV: Device initial ga account tho related. After account is merged to the company. There was unauthorized Upgrade. Issue raised and escalated.

 

Issue is in Favor of HR. Since the Account belongs Company( because it is paying the bill. IMHO, Irrespective of the Device Cost),Any Upgrade required should be requested and approved by Manager.Notified to CD and HR and Cellphone department will purchase the new Phone

how can you upgrade companies phone without their approval? most of companies pay for upgrade and sure client paid for this upgrade
