TS has a company contract phone and company will pay his phone bill for device + calls+data. So he upgraded his phone and got new iphone 6s .  When he is going to india he bought a galaxy note for his brother. 

 

After going to India , his brother liked iphone 6s and didn't galaxy note. So they exchanged phones.   

 

 

As per company rules he should have iphone 6s.   which he supposed to activate on company paid number. So the cell department guy found out and complained to HR.

 

 

 

1) TS and god knows whether he bought galaxy note. 

2) he got a free upgrade on his work number and gave to brother.

3) it is a pure violation of company rules to give work mobile to someone.

 

 

in my company we should not even leave laptop or mobile in the car. we are the responsible for mobile or laptop.
