India Travel On H1 Transfer Approval

ma friend currently on H1B Start date Oct 2014. He got a job from a different company and h1 transfer approved as well (Dec 9, 2015 - Nov 18 2018 validity). Now he wants to go to india for a week. Does this H1 transfer effect in anyway his travel? He still is with the previous company india velli ragane quit chesi join avudam anukuntunnadu in new company...tentative travel date (19 dec - 27 dec). Please advice

Kotha employer ki email cheyi ipude, ila anukuntuna ani, bcos kotha employer ki unna i94 will be different to i94 u will get at poe
