Mama ikkada sooste uppudu 75% of the employers are asking for citizenship or permanent resident...... ika OPT or H1B la resume lani dustbin lo padestunaru with out seeing the qualifications........ With 10% unemployment I think in order to get a job with H1B you have to be either genius or a Harvard graduate.......

Then go for marriage

Then plan for kids
First kid ki two years vachi varaku US lo vundu. Appudu manchi house, job india lo plan chesi , family tho complete ga velli po
neeku US experience tho india manchi job vastundhi, own house vuntundhi, kid ni manchi school join cheyya, wife job chestante job cheyinchu
This is the right way of planning as per my assumption...
Your kids will not miss india and you will enjoy your life with very good financial support.

2) Get western exposure
3) Better education

5) Settle here in US

The common reasons why people leave to India are:

1) No job in USA
2) Family attachment
3) Always planned life in India

According to me getting job in USA depends solely on your talent. If you say you dont have a job here, it means you are simply not working hard. Choose the right technology and focus. Roju 6 hours chadhuvu, oka cinema choosi paduko. This is what  I did and got a job.
