Personal training entha varaku use avutundhi. Nenu ninna ney pettukunna trainer ni. Weekly 3 sessions. 1 hr each session.

Session ki mundhu nenu 30 mins cardio chesi ready ga undali anta. Requirement heavy ga body building ani cheppa.

hydrate very well before training...also focus on technique..remeber what ur trainer says about each workout...keep notes...so it will be helpfull when u do the same exercise on ur own....

30 mins cardio naa.. i too joined recently.. for personal training.. before training 15 mins with 3.5 incline and 3.5 speed chalu annadu..
