Session ki mundhu nenu 30 mins cardio chesi ready ga undali anta. Requirement heavy ga body building ani cheppa.

It's always better to have a trainer initially when u start , own ga cheskunte muscle group uneven ga develop ayye chance untadi because u wouldn't know how to do the workouts properly ,

30mins cardio antey don't do it at an intense level , low settings lo pettukuni chey initially , cardio mainly develops your stamina as u progress ,

Initial ga koncham kastam ga unna , it helps u in the long run
