land rates i have no idea bro alkapur area kuda telidu. but kondapur ee madhya baaga vinapadutondi.

Next 7 to 10 years varaku - don't expect returns - money block avattam thappa - rupai benefit vundhadhu

e rojullo land ante expect it to have some development after 15-20 yrs..

bcoz most of the lands we bemmi software engineers can afford are out of city.. 

 

I suggest you buy a flat if you have immediate plan to live or your parents want a comfortable stay 

or pelli chupulu unnai. cheppkotaniki emanna kavali ante.. 

 

if u already have a home.. just buy that land and expect nothing out of it for 15-20 yrs..
