Need Information: Travelling India For Stamping

Hi friends,

 

I work in TeaSeeYes office for xxx client. I got my H1 this October on inhouse project. 
Planning to go to India for stamping next year. 

what are the things I have to do now?
 

1. Get Client letter from TeaSeaYes stating that I work on inhouse in TeaSeeYes (because client will give letter I think)

2. File amendment and wait for 1 or 2 months and

3. Go for stamping right?

 

Or is it better to get client letter from xxx Client or go on inhouse project. I heard stamping on inhouse is risky.

   Better take letter from client n TeaCYes

2. File amendment and wait for 1 or 2 months and

  YES

3. Go for stamping right?
