what are question related to H4 to f1....  i 539 untadhi  i 20 original undali...thana bank statment lo fee related money undali. sevis kattali 190 dollars...its very easy process 15 days lo post cheyachu ...paper based or online...persoanlly online vadhu paper based is fast ...you have to mail teh documents to texas...

all you need to have I-20 from university

 

then fill i-539 form for change of status with all supporting documents. Ivanni self ga cheskuni uscis ki mail cheyandi

 

then within 3 months approval vastundi

 

nakaite it took 3months..i applied it in december 2013 and got approval by feb 17th 2014…luckily first sem nundi f1 mida unnanu

 

 

i observed few of my classmates got late approvals coz they applied through online…vallakanna late ga i applied through post , i got it fast
