how about IT jobs man ...

Some people with good experience in India want to work here ... If no body market the resumes , and for FT no body accepts u with 0 exp in US ... how to survive ???

h1 lo unnapudu started as contractor almost 3.5 yrs ninchi same client....FT adigaru kaani company sponsor cheyyadu ani chepparu. 

finally husband got 140 approved. and nenu client HR ni adigaanu ela naaku EAD vachindi. so no need to sponsor for H1 or GC so teesukuntara ani. valla immigration atty dept tho matladi cheptha andi. adi okay annaka, maa manager ki veylli cheppa story antha. 

 

so formal ga malli position opening, interview, HR untayi anni iyyaka will write the offer annadu. till then can continue to work as contractor annadu. 

 

since its 3.5 yrs, prime vendor kuda cannot object anta.
