and concurrent ga EAD file chesthey u wont get that gap

H1 to H4 cos appudu H4 approve ithe EAD application kuda process chestharu. H4 approve ithe ventaney h4 ki move avvakar ledu. Effective date ani oka option untundi H1 to H4 COS application lo. so H4 effective date May 2016 ani peyttav anuko. H4  march ending ki approve iyyipoyindi anuko, then EAD application kuda process chestharu and adi kuda appove iyyipothe before May 2016, then from May 2016 u can work on H4 EAD. 

so break akkarledu.
