h1 to h4 cos appudu u can mention effective from date.

and concurrent ga EAD file chesthey u wont get that gap

Say if i am on F1 as of now..if i want to apply fro H4 EAD starting from say March...so Marchki H4 and H4 EAD rendu aipotaya?

check the present timings may be ask attorney they will know more clearly. 

 

march ante mari early emo kada.  3-4 months paduthondi H1 to H4 

 

so after 5 or 6 months ani apply cheysav anuko, then u wont get any gap. 4 months lo H4 approve iyyipothundi inko 15 days to 1 month lo EAD approve iyyipothundi. and inka 1 month time untundi kuda for that to get effective.
