india lo ne grad iyyaka without campus requirements manchi IT job dorakadam kastam. alantidi India graduation with no exp in US ante i think its difficult. but thats in few such cases. daaniki H4 EADs ki jobs ravatam ledu ani ela cheptham...

so mari nuvvu H1 to H4 EADki maralante mundu H4 ki mari tarvata EADki apply cheyyali kada...so till you get your ead u will be in H4 where u cant work...mari gap ravali kada...i dnt get it?
