Apparently, his Praja Rajyam Party was in a fix whether to participate in the By-polls or not. However, with the call from Sonia Gandhi and the confirmed alliance between Congress and PRP has ensured that Chiru does not have to face the band in Telangana since the strong Congress party will handle it. Already, Veerappa Moily has announced that Congress would be contesting in the By-polls. So now, Chiru can take it easy and sit back at home.
