Guys India velli , 5 years avtundi , ee sari need to get stamping , my situation is I applied for h1b with one client and now Will have different client letter , ma employer no.need to do amendment , as you Will be in same metropolitical statistical are antunnadu , distance between both the client places is approx 30 miles , is it true that I don't need to do amendment , or shall I need amendment

Just spoke with attorney he said if it's same msa not needed , I sent both the addresses so that the attorney can decide if it's in same msa

I heard if its same client n with in msa no need. Not sure how it will apply for different client. Did u get lca updated to new client?

Just spoke with attorney he said if it's same msa not needed , I sent both the addresses so that the attorney can decide if it's in same msa
