help me Going To Embassy With 2 W2's From 2 Different Emp For Same Time Period

My situation is i worked for company A till feb 2015 and filed new H1b with Company B on march 2015 and joined company B from March 2015 but gave resignation to Company A in july 2015 and i have paychecks for both company's from March 2015 to July 2015, iam going to india on jan 2016 and will attend embassy for my h1b stamping, will it be a problem if i attend embassy with two w2's and pacheck's for same time periI'd. i too have two w2s for year 2011.

 

but they never asked for w2s.

 

take all the docuemtns of current employer - wage report.. etc his number of employees etc.

 

last 1 year pay slips..

 

last 3 years w2s and tax documents.

are you saying you have pay checks running simultaneously or are you saying you have paychecks for first quarter of 4 months under old employer  then rest of the months different employer ?

Oka 4 months paatu old and new employers iddaru pay roll run chesaru anta vayya.. So at a time 2 pay checks for the same pay period from 2 different employers

Yes, I have simultaneous paychecks for 4 months from both the employers.

some company's will pay upto 6 Months with benefits for FT employees if they layoff or if you voluntarily resign during layoff time to save a position in your team.

 

or 

 

Your employer paid for overtime, unused vacation and other expenses.

 

 

If you have your resignation letter or email, show it as supporting DOC.
