as per pulkas he didn't start any thing..every thing started by YSR..so you should blame ys but not bolli...same as pulkas bought a home and there are some rats in it, after some time they are selling the home saying its well maintanied and new buyers asked about Rats...pulkas said we didn't bring them they have been there since previous owners left..probobly they might have got them here you should blame the previous owners...
