Municipal Minister Narayana said that master plan for Amaravati will be finalised within three days. He stated that the AP government would begin land acquisition works for construction of Outer Ring Road very shortly. He said 210 km eight-lane ORR would connect 89 villages. Narayana said that the Chief Minister is giving high priority for construction of ORR. He declared that a greenfield airport would be set up soon in between Vijayawada, Amaravati and Guntur. To a question, Narayana said plots for farmers would be allocated on January 30.
