FTE as of now .. ee startford vishayam lo emina problem untunda ... recent gaa startford vidyardulu evarina stamping ki vellara .. 2011 lo first time H1 stamping ki vella .. no issues at that time ..no issues Asalu recent time lo.. 6 years antunnav ante 08-09 passout .. Appati mana batch vaallu masth mandhi wented n camed safely without any issues .. Even renewals ki b no issues.. Documentation correct ga prepare chesko.. Em avvadhu all the bests

Me:it was an amendment issue. VO: how long have you worked with employer B Me: xx years VO: when did you joined employer C ME: answered VO:why did you leave your old employer Me:Nice role , better benefits , scope to Learn new technologies .. Blah blah blah VO:What's your current role Me:Answered VO:What's your salary Me:Xxxxxx/annum VO:Who else stays with you in US Me:Wife and son VO:Did your wife and son already have a visa Me:Wife - yes , kid is a us citizen VO:When did you arrived in India Me:Yesterday VO: Your visa is approved. My visa was refused back to 2011 with my employer A (consulting) due to amendment and I immediately applied for visa transfer to client B(full time) , went to another visa interview and came back to us. I currently work as a FTE to client C VO rejected visa to a guy Infront of me as he failed to provide/ explain employee employer relationship. I overheard him telling that he has 2 vendors between his employer and end client. Good luck
