Manam land konte mana peru needs registration ela cheyyinchu kovala ? Maa father ki documents em pampali ? Taniki power of attorney kani , representing form kani pampala ?

Nuvvu India vellinapoudu u can transfer to your name

Registration costs are cheap unless you are buying a very costly govt land

Or a land which is already hiked many times to get a loan on that

Generally .. If you are purchasing a land .. Market value will be 20 lakhs (((for example ..)))

Govt value will be 3 lakhs

Rest 17 lakhs is black money

Tax will be for 3 lakhs only

I remember tax was 3% then .. Malli vere venture thisukunappudu Govt increased the land rate and reduced the tax to 2%

Bottom line is when u acquire from parents it is considered as GIFT

& tax is 1% only

Generally parents govt employee ithe .. They should be very careful .. Small amount ayina IT questions padathay ..like where did u get all this money ala .. So he should have all that NRE NRO transfer docs all the time .. Very risky & generally rare ..unless your dad has made some enemies at work
