as per student visa rules you are not eligible for CPT till you finish atleast 1 year as a full time student.

yes i support H1B Fee increase...infact i dont care even if its 10000.. my employer files them...i dont pay him...

 

if you work for an employer who takes money to file H1B then its illegal.

no fees for h1 amendmet gc everything....good for us....
