H1B Fee For New H1B's/transfers/extension(S)/ammendments

Hi, Below are updated fee structure for all H1B visa types.

I guess 4000$  (9/11 healthcare act & biometric tracking system fee) starts from APRIL 1ST 2016. Not sure. But rest all are correct.

 

 

New H1b / H1bTransfer fee:

 

325$ - USCIS I-129 Petition fee

4000$ - 9/11 healthcare act & biometric tracking system fee (At least 50 employees with 50% of their employees on H1B or L1 visa)

750$/1500$ - ACWIA fee (750$ for 25 or less employees - 1500$ for 26 or more employees)

500$ - USCIS Anti Fraud Fee

 

1st Extension fee(same employer):

 

325$ - USCIS I-129 Petition

I did amendment 3 months back. employer charged only 325$ + attorney fee
