Options After H1 Extension Denial

ma friend ki h1 first extension denied  after responding to rfe (employer employee relationship).Don't know reason for denial , waiting for the notice.what options he has now...his current h1 visa and i-94 expired.Can he transfer to another company now without leaving the country?...please suggest.Thanks

I-94 expire ayithe, has to leave the country. He is out of status and accumalating illegal stay.

 

inka 6 years complete avkunte, vere company tho H1B apply cheyinchukuni, stamping ki velli ravali..

180 days rule, Green Card processing time lo exemption anthe. 180 days out of status unna kani, Green Card istharu but illegal stay accumulate chesukunte (I94 expire ayyaka unte) assam avutham.
