My immigration situation...

Job contract ending may,2016

H1b validation until may,2016 as per above end client letter

H1b stamping is valid upto may,2016

Passport is getting expired in march,2016

Current client may extend the contract for 2 more years ...but client letter ivvadu...

Now-a-days both h1b extension and stamping ki client letter kavali....

Already naa i140 approved...

So i140 depending h1b extension apply chesthe...3 years h1b vastada ?

Or still u s cis will look at client letter even after i140 approval ?

2. H1b extension ki eppudu apply cheyanu ? In march/ april 2016 or during project extension time in may, 2016 ? ippudu unna situation lo 6+months paduthundi regular processing so ASAP start chesei... or PP chesukune pani ayithe jus 2weeks before chesesko....
