if you get an EAD you can show it to get the state ID
Ledhante you need to get Ssn rejection letter to apply for state ID (Anni dmvs lo kadhu)

1. State ID is getting easy. No exam nothing but dabbulu bokka as you will be applying for license anyways

 

2. License : 

if ammayiki driving experience unte,

Find out what are the rules for obtaining license in your state. Konni states lo India License(International permit) unte you can get license directly on the same day by clearing exam & test. In that case, get International permit license from India.

 

If not go with learners license and then full license

 

3. SSN vs ITIN

If your wife is eligible for H4 EAD, apply for it. Once you get EAD, then apply for SSN. Do NOT go for ITIN number.
