Checking financials and asking basic questions is what VO has to do.

if 1000s students are going to some junk universities it should ring some bell for VO. VO is liberal

All 14 people gave different answers.. to VO and POE guy ? 

 

NO Gre, No TOEFL group of people  in same period of time with 1 to 3 months to a junk univ doesnt ring bell to VO.

 

he must be seeing this univ for last 5 years. and thousands of people. a simple google search will tell the story of univ.

 

getting to know about to univ for VO is 5 min work. How come VO is letting some many people without GRE and toefl ??
