So in this case there are three terminologies

 

GC filing date AOS acceptance date and AC21 situations..

 

GC filing date ki 1 year daridapullo compelling reasons untey or AC21 situation untey appudu EAD ki apply chyyoch .. My understanding is AC21 will also come under compelling reason.

I think the scenario is :

 

Fil date = 09012007 ( for GC)

 

PRdate shoudl be 09012008 then you are eligible for Adjustemnet of status ani antunnaru.. i donno if they will revise Visa bulletin with new instructions..
