naa  Masters (Comp Sci.) monna May lo ayindi..(with good GPA from a tough univ)Iam going back to India in a month or two.
B.E (CSE) chesaanu frm top engg clg in Hyd

konni reasons valla India ki velpotunna...
so..just wanted to know mee opinions/views/advice regarding..
WHEN I APPLY FOR A JOB THERE...WILL I BE LOOKED UPON EQUALLY TO other FRESHERs COMING OUT after completing their B.E?
asalu India lo U.S Master's and no work experience (but without any work experience...i actually worked as a  Research assistant in my university and worked on .NET ..however i am nt sure whether it will be considered as a real work experience) vallaki ela undi Job situation in India (Hyd)...


Ela approach avthe better antaaru to jobs in India

Nenu IT lo konni years nunchi pani chestunna. Naa opinion enti antey ninnu Hyd freshers kanna ekkuvaganey anukuntaru, kaani peddaga difference vundadu.

My best suggestion is, neeku nachinna technology lo job start cheyi, without thinking much about salary. One - two years pani chesi manchi experience taravatha nuvvu job jump chesinunappudu you will get good package. So starting salary kanna nacchina job try cheyyi. Nee .net experience in university peddaga count kaadu. It will add to your skill set kaani that is never same as industry experience.

Ela approach avvalo naaku peddaga idea ledu. Mosty websites nunchi start cheyyavacchu. Other option is to ask our AFDB members in hyde to refer you. Naaku konni phends vunnaru wipro lo. Kavalantey valla contacts ista?

same masters..kaani MS in EE....moderate uni....my frnd got posted in Blore...70,000 per month pay..chala difference...So its not that bad..kaani idhi EE..CS naku idea ledhu...BTW  congratulations congratulations congratulations on completing ur masters

Reputed university ayithe manchi chances ee untayi ankunta..it all depends on ur contacts finally and also on hw u perform in the interview.. suggestion ani kadu kani i feel you shld try to get in to product companies because services companies lo u can get thru after ur btech itself..it does not make sense to work in cts and infy after ur masters..at least thats nt hw u would want to strt ur career..

Yeah in fact even I want to go for product companies....but if dat doesnt work out ill hav to go to service ones but even that is fine..for time-being.

and yeah I have been applying online to the companies in India...but as u know..KUPPALU KUPPALU vastaayi vallaki resumes....so referrals thone practically possible ani I feel...

oka referral tho Amazon try chesaanu..
3 rounds varaku vellaanu in phone interviews but...3rd round lo bomb pelchaadu....rejected ani....


Konni companies that r in my mind are Adobe,Sun Microsystems, CSC, Apps, Applabs, Delloitte, Virtusa, Sierra Atlantic, Birla soft, Siemens, Samsung, Keane, Capgemini, ADP, Lucent etc inka chaalaaane unnai but gurtuku raavtam ledhu..
