Ppl do have option to try for FTE..with no lagging of 140 PD dates or starting the whole process again to file labor + 140.. adi nen adgindi.. Most companies won't prefer non immis that simple when they need to maintain paperwork related to immigrtn. So 140 EAD with out AP ichhina okkate ivvaka poyina okkate.
