Naku H1 B stamp vundhi till 2016 with my mesthri. and nenu Feb lo india ki velthunanu so malli stamping vellala with my new I797(full time) ???? i know we can use that stamping till it expires kani POE vadu aa visa medha vunna date varaku i94 isthey then vadiki cheppala i got new i797 till 2018 ani...??

Yea, just check and ask if it has to be according to visa or new i797 ani as a doubt.. dont ask him as if its your RIGHT to have i94 issued until new h1B ;) naku new h1B date thone ichadu i94 ...so just in case if he puts as per visa, just request him to get an answer from him
