LBS, PVNR and Vajpayee have proved with thier bold decisions in difficult times. LBS handling 1965 war and BSF formation, PVNR brining India out of bankruptcy, Vajpayee with Porkan, Kargil, Delhi Metro, golden quadrilateral and highest GDP in India history. Modi has come to power with stable economy and low oil prices in the international market. And yet he hasn't taken any bold and significant step so far. More talk and less action.

Lets talk about facts,what is the reason BJP not allocating funds to AP where as Bihar gets packages of crores.
