Drink  lemon and honey with warm water in early morning before Brushing.Sure Shot it will work naaku 1 year pattindhi fat karagadaaniki. still continuing with some daily workouts.This is old remedy but it is best.

You cannot control where to take off body fat from. You have to reduce overall body fat %.
Reduce rice, sweets,fried stuff.. eat 3 hrs before you go to bed...

Daily 100 situps, 100 Crunches...Oatmeal breakfast cheyyi with Honey, Green Tea taagu.

Reduce Sugar as much as possible. Tea coffeelu maney.

 

Definitely you will see changes within weeks.

Run (not walking)on threadmill or ellyptical daily atleast 1-1.25 miles
Make sure u run 9-11 miles/week
Regularity important ;)

3 types of exercises on crunches, watch youtube videos on crunches, you'ii know what to do, 

on the other side: run on thread mill on a speed of just 5.8-6 (Easy) as long as you could, just 3-4 days for a week should be good,  avoid rice during nights atleast, say bye to junkies (pizza, soda, chips, sugar thingies, fast foods etc,)

along with all the above things, try to drink hot water or green tea while eating or after eating. so that fats will not build in your body. 

 

while doing crunches, its important to remember, u have to do crunches for both upper and lower abs. and weight training is more important than just running. u have to do cardio only after weight training.
