Peter123 Posted December 28, 2015 Report Posted December 28, 2015 3 types of exercises on crunches, watch youtube videos on crunches, you'ii know what to do, on the other side: run on thread mill on a speed of just 5.8-6 (Easy) as long as you could, just 3-4 days for a week should be good, avoid rice during nights atleast, say bye to junkies (pizza, soda, chips, sugar thingies, fast foods etc,) good luck bro!!

mysterious Posted December 28, 2015 Report Posted December 28, 2015 along with all the above things, try to drink hot water or green tea while eating or after eating. so that fats will not build in your body. while doing crunches, its important to remember, u have to do crunches for both upper and lower abs. and weight training is more important than just running. u have to do cardio only after weight training.
