Need you suggestions on Health insurance for parents visiting USA.

I have 2 options for insurance:

ICICI vadedhee United Health International tho tie up anadu.. (Assuming its United Health vadedhe anee)

But Star travel gurunche info ledhu saregaa...

did you guys hear about Star travel insurance ?

Any suggestions ?
