Bhayyas - If I am buying a resale house for 1 C, and taking a loan of 75 L...will I need to declare 1 C registration and pay almost 10 percent viz. 10 L? Or is there a bypass?

They will valuate your house or get it done by approved valuer he will give the valuation based on that you will pay the fee

I guess you meant that valuation will be done by the registration office. Will this valuation be disclosed to the bank that gives the home loan?
