Brother, 2 years lo rates, land rates, interest rates ila chala changes vachesthayi. Market lo e roju hot ga unde strategy or deal repu kuda anthey solid ga untundhi anna nammakam ledhu. so 2 yrs tharuvatha ela untundhi ani nuvvu anchana veyyadam chala kastam and especially calculation miss ayye chances are very high.

 

So unless you are really sure about what you are doing, dont go ALL IN.
