I live very next to NPU and few miles away from SVU. I run by these kiddos at least 4 to 6 times a day.(kids school dropping, tuition center around etc). I find these groups of Telugu kiddos near the 7 eleven and those are like rural innocent kiddos with a hell lot of money back in India. Those parents who earns big bucks in black money in real estate and dada giri etc, feed these idiots back in India in a private college(useless dumpal colleges) etc and once the Engg is over(naam ke vaaste completion), they will send these crap kiddos to these univ. And these kiddos doesnt have basic skills around. Once they reach US, they will be marketed back in India for big bucks in dowry etc. This is a total system developed off bad practices from the roots. Of course they end up in a mess at one point if not now.
