Just checked my i-94. passport lo given name XXX YYY ani unte i-94 lo only XXX vachindi.

will it be an issue? evarikaina ila ayinda? how to correct it?

Deferred inspection site ani google cheyyi... neeku daggari lo unna daniki vellu carry your PP, i797, i94 etc.,

 

 

They will correct.

 

You can call them before visiting their office.

Same issue happened long time back.. oka 7 years back..

No big issue..

nuvvu poe ayina airport city local lone unte .. go to the airport and correct it..

 

ledu vere city unte.. go to nearest International airport and inquire what to do?

poe lo chestaru , its an issue when ur applying for h1b or opt ext , been there and done that.
