Hr people ok kani aa company law firm antundhi memu already USCIS mention chesamu kadha start date was today ani then if u delay ur start date then it will impact u r future work permit antunaru... so vedu emi cheyalo ardham kavadam ledhu... should he start or should he wait till it get approved.. bec start mention chesamu kadha need to start ani saying... and saying future lo work permit problem avuthadhi ani....bec of delay date

Actual FTE Companies will ask candidates to join the candidates after the Approval. Adhi normal ga oka process. Kontha mandhi employees will ask to join as soon as they receive receipt. At a time, 10 employers can do your Hhhh111 transfer and mana pay ekkada run aithey vallu mana employee annatu.. Since its FTE queries emi raavu.. PS: Transfer process lo Receipt ragane join aithey vacchey only issue is " Transfer time Query padi and adhi approve avvakapothey ne" (This will not happen as its FTE) Just in case ani cheppa.

Date mundhu join avvadkoodadhu kani.. Later you can.. Thats not an issue. Valla pay period vacchinappati nunchi adhi effective thats all.. Emi tension padavaddhu.. if your friend feels he can join after the approval he can.. that will not be an issue.
