H4 Ead When Changing Employer

Kothi rule prakaram if we change employer after 180 days , I 140 can't be revoked , does that mean we can continue H4 Ead ah
Does that mean they will loose H4 ead and will have to Re apply after new I 140 ??

i140 ead is linked to ur h1 as long as ur i-140 is valid with your old employer...
