Nenu Passport renew cheyinchali. I am from Telangana State. Naa current passport meeda State Andhra pradesh ani undi. Ippudu Pass port renew cheyichetappudu emanna documents submit cheyyala along with the application to change the state name on my passport from Andhra Pradesh to telangana State?

3. Did applicant ever possess any other nationality or travel document of any other country? If so please give details?

Deniki nationlaity only india ne but USA travel document (i797 or h1b visa) untundi kada so em details evvali ??

Use usa current address and notarize the address proof document such as electricity bill.

Don't use tg and all, they will ask again some documentation if ur india address different than previously mentioned address, ap nundi tg rasthe anavasaramina documentation malli. Simply use current usa address

Same nadi kooda. I gave usa address and got it. chala mandi usa current address istaru, 3 weeks lo vastundi. Address proof submit chey.

yeah andaru ichedey... Nuvvu India Address ivvalankuntey kuda ivvoch but you need Address proof Notarized..

 

Btw Perlu sariga rayyi  like Old Passport.. Make Sure your parents Name is same in their and your passport..

 

If you are married apply the above naming format.. While giving dates in form give dates as old passport.. anni forms lo same nama maintain cheyyu
