Star Shine

Naga Shourya looked good as loverboy. He danced well and performed well. He should however improve a little bit in showing emotions and expressions. Palak Lalwani looked lovely and pretty. She looked glamourous in songs in modern outfits. She didnot get much scope to perform. Rao Ramesh, Mohan, Tulasi and Pragati are good as parents. Raj Tarun's voice over is good in the film. Others performed accordingly.

Analysis

Ramesh Varma came with youthful entertainer with good message. First half is entertaining with romantic scenes between hero and heroine. Good scenes and dialogues between parents of both hero and heroine make viewers get interested. First half ends on a interesting note. Second half turns serious and more sentiments are added. Pace drags a bit and songs placement didnot help the cause. Dialogues are thought provoking and message about love, friendship, goals and dilemma of youngsters is highlighted in a good manner. However there is nothing much in story as it is very routine. Ramesh Varma's screenplay and direction is ok.

Technical

Ilayaraja's music is beautiful. Songs are youthful and attractive. Background score is good. Songs placements is however not upto the mark. Shyam K Naidu's cinematography is captivating. Editing of SR.Sekhar could have been better in the second half. Production values are good.

Movie Marks

Abbayito Ammaayi attracts youth, genex movie lovers. Family viewers will be attracted to some extent. Mass find it difficult to digest the film.
