1. Average 3 hours work out

2. Family support -  life insurance

3. Fitbit track health ( esp heart rate)

4. started 401k

5. 200 bucks in stocks per pay check

6. financial discipline

7. 1 hour for one startup in night/ 1 hr for 2nd startup in morning

8. keep in contact with all people i knew  starting from work life...

 

Just doing my part, doesnt involve in discussions with fundamentalists.....

What does fitbit do? If you have determi ed to excercise and keep yourself fit..y fitbit? It will just tell you a bunch of numbers, genuine question

Fitbitt, keeps you scolding with numbers,if you fell short of your goal.....

The best thing i liked is tracks sleep...at least maintain 7 hours average sleep. Motivation is a good word , but laziness take over always ..personally i get motivated for seeing success stories....but eanduko not for health.....more than motivation.....it is a realization now.....
