I seriously dont understand the new rule, In what way this Rule will benefit the ppl whose I140 is approved and 180 days are completed. ??

 

Making more restrictions for portability than making it easier. ?

Only hope is job mobility, we need to request for i-140 transfer if we change employer and we should be able to transfer i140 and no need to start it from perm. and we need to request same/similar job duties condition elimination.
