Dieting tips for reducing weight cheppuri

Swimming ki pothe I do too much & feel more hungry and eat more due to burn out

Next 4 months lo I have to reduce some weight .. Zara tips dhedho ..Engine ni pelli ki ready seyyali

eat small meals - 6 every day

include protein in every meal

 

donot eat rice/chapathi.... and nothing after 7 pm

Rice thinte kani nidra radhu man ..mana Telugu bodies ki
Chala kastam ..assalu night meal limited ga unte a diet avasaram undadhu

Very difficult ..canu suggest any night meal

no rice here only birayani itey tapa .. Night cottage chees broci and asparagus replace rice with brown rice..

Protein - Eggs/Chicken/fish etc....  if you are busy you can buy protein bar/protein drink..  costco/sams lo bulk purchase.

 

i do eat canned food some times in the night ..like canned beans... chick peas..black beanks ..little oil tho fry chestha

 

you can buy frozen veggies packets from costco/sams... defrost them and eat them

 

 

rice ni maneyadam..kastam... this will take time...

As Burberry said split meals is best first lo kasta inconvince padaka office la oven to desk and smell for others I did for 2 years it was super effective but now back to normal 4 meals..
