Egg whites omelet with whole wheat tortilla wrap or raw oats + milk +banana+ 2 egg w mix chesi 4 min one side on low flame and 2 min on other side

Other meals 100 grams brown rice with 100grams grill chicken with ur favorite seasoning / 100 grams beans and carrots / 100gm black beans

Night matram broc +asparagus +Greek yogurt / cottage cheese / string cheese I lost 28 pounds once and 15 pound once
